T Return & Refund Policy We are committed to providing high-quality products. Due to the nature of skincare items, we maintain a strict Return & Refund Policy to ensure product safety and hygiene.
1. No Returns
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. All sales are considered final.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you quickly.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements may be approved only in cases where:

You received the wrong item
Requests that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
